There is a lot of misinformation on the Internet about purchasing lender Real Estate Owned (REO) "packages" of homes. Much of the misinformation is due to the fact that it is a rapidly evolving opportunity, and that many people claim to be close to "Compilers" that are selling these REO Packages.

We have contacts with Asset Brokers for Chase Bank, Bank of America/Countrywide, Deutsche Bank, and Wells Fargo. The larger the REO Package, the greater the discount. Very large REO Packages can be discounted below 40 cents on the dollar in some regions of the country.
