Get Wholesale Homes is a network of Lenders, Realtors, and Investors specializing in discounted homes and land. Right now is a unique buyers market in which it is possible to buy homes at least 25% below current comparable sales, before the market starts to recover, and before inventory and prices stabilize.

The sources of our wholesale homes are mostly banks and lenders that are selling properties below replacement cost. Some are still owned by banks, some are owned by investors that buy or finance bulk purchases of homes to get greater discounts. Some properties are listed in the MLS and some are offered only by email alerts.
